Raised in the Pristine Waters of Thousand Islands Lake
Our caviar originates from the crystal-clear waters of Qiandaohu (Thousand Islands Lake) in China — one of the world's most carefully preserved freshwater ecosystems. Protected from industry and pollution, this vast reservoir provides the ideal environment for slow, healthy sturgeon growth.
Fed on a natural, nutrient-balanced diet and raised under rigorous aquaculture standards, our sturgeon develop exceptionally firm grains with clean, elegant flavor.
